Deposit and withdrawal methods

Fund your account and take money out using payment methods that people in Singapore already use every day. Every method is free of charge from our side, and the tables below show the type, fee and processing time of each.

Always use a payment method in your own name. Payments from third parties are rejected, and they trigger additional checks under our AML policy.

Same name on every payment

The account holder name must match the name on your bank account or card. This keeps your funds safe and speeds up reviews.

Plan for business days

FAST and card refunds follow bank calendars, so a request on Friday evening may be credited on Tuesday after a public holiday.

Ask your manager

If a payment is slow, give your manager the reference and the time. They can see where the payment is in the chain.
