1. Use of the website and services

Finorix Pro is an information and marketing platform that provides tools, analysis and educational material about trading digital assets and other financial instruments. Orders are executed and funds are held with licensed third-party providers, and any agreement to trade is concluded with that licensed entity, not with this website.

By accessing the site or creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and that your use of the services is lawful where you live.

Registration is free. You agree to give accurate details, to keep your credentials confidential and to tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity carried out with your credentials until you report the problem to us.

2. Restrictions

The website is intended for people in Singapore. It is not directed at residents of any country where the products described would be unlawful. You must not use the site to evade sanctions, to launder money or to act on behalf of another person without authority.

We may restrict or refuse access where required by law, where we suspect a breach of these terms or where continuing would expose us or other clients to unreasonable risk. Where we are allowed to, we will tell you why and what you can do next. Features may also be limited temporarily while identity or source-of-funds checks are completed, as described in the KYC and AML policy.

3. Advertising materials and mailings

When you register you may receive service messages, such as confirmations and security alerts, and marketing messages about our products. Service messages are necessary to run your account. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in the message or by contacting [email protected].

4. Intellectual property

The site design, text, graphics, logos, software and data compilations belong to Finorix Pro or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You must not copy, adapt, scrape, resell or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the services you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described there.

6. Links to other websites

The site may link to websites run by exchanges, payment providers or other third parties. We do not control their content, privacy practices or availability, and a link is not an endorsement. You use third-party sites at your own risk and under their own terms.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use the site or services to break the law, to send spam or malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access, to disrupt or overload our infrastructure, to probe for vulnerabilities without permission, to infringe the intellectual property rights of others or to impersonate any person or organisation. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

8. Support

Support is provided by email and through your personal manager during the hours published on the contact page. Support staff explain features and answer questions. They do not give personal investment advice and cannot guarantee results.

If you are unhappy with the service, the complaints procedure sets out how to raise the matter and what to expect. Fee and payment details are published on the fees page, and the risks of trading are explained in the risk disclosure, both of which you should read together with these terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or suitable for your purposes, or that the site will be uninterrupted. Information is not investment advice, and past results do not predict future results.

Illustrative figures, such as those produced by the calculator or quoted in client reviews, show examples under stated assumptions. They are not a forecast, a promise or an offer, and your own result may differ materially, including a loss of the whole amount invested.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Finorix Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss caused by market movements, or loss resulting from the acts or failures of third-party exchanges, banks and payment providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim, to the extent the law allows. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Finorix Pro for losses, claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of applicable law or your misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by writing to support, after withdrawing your balance. We may suspend or close an account if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law or a regulator, or if the account has been used for unlawful activity. Closure does not affect rights and obligations that arose before it, and sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on liability and intellectual property, remain in force.

13. Other provisions

We may change these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when they are published on this page, and continued use of the site afterwards means you accept them. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
