Start using Finorix Pro with confidence and transparency. The company carries out its activity in line with the laws that apply in Singapore, and applies methods oriented towards operational transparency, data protection, information security and compliance with the requirements that govern technology and digital payment activity.
This page sets out the regulatory framework, who supervises each area and what the basis of our compliance is. It is a description of how we operate, not a promise about investment outcomes.
Regulation
Finorix Pro carries out its activity within the legal framework of Singapore that governs services connected with digital assets and cryptocurrencies, including the Payment Services Act 2019 for digital payment token services, the financial-crime requirements set by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and the personal data rules of the Personal Data Protection Act.
Registration and regulatory oversight in Singapore are shared between several bodies, each looking at a different part of the business. The table shows which body is responsible for what and the regulatory basis we work to in each area.
Registration and regulatory oversight in Singapore
| Jurisdiction | Regulator | Registration / regulatory basis |
|---|---|---|
| Singapore, national level | Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) | Complies with the requirements of the Payment Services Act 2019 that apply to digital payment token services, including licensing status checks for the partners that hold client funds. |
| Singapore, financial crime | MAS, with reporting to STRO (Suspicious Transaction Reporting Office) | Complies with applicable Singapore anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism requirements, including customer due diligence, ongoing monitoring and suspicious transaction reporting. |
| Singapore, personal data | Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) | Complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, including consent, purpose limitation, access and correction rights, data protection officer and breach notification obligations. |

Transparency about regulation
Finorix Pro works to maintain the registrations, permissions and compliance procedures that apply to the services it provides in Singapore, and to review them when the rules change. When a requirement applies to a partner rather than to us, we say so instead of presenting it as our own.
Regulation does not remove investment risk and does not guarantee profit. Digital assets are exposed to market volatility and other risks, and you may lose part or all of the amount you invest. Read the risk disclosure before you fund an account.
