Withdrawal policy

This policy explains how you can take money out of your Finorix Pro account, how long it takes, what can delay it and what we need from you. It should be read with the deposit and withdrawal methods page.

1. Purpose and your agreement

This policy describes the rules that apply to every withdrawal request. By submitting a request you confirm that you have read it and that you agree to the verification steps it describes. You may request a withdrawal at any time, but payment is subject to the checks below.

2. Available withdrawal methods

Withdrawals can be made by PayNow, by FAST transfer to your verified Singapore bank account, and back to the Visa or Mastercard card that you used to deposit. Funds are returned to the original source wherever possible. Where an exchange is involved, withdrawals of digital assets are made from the exchange, not from this site.

3. Processing times

PayNow withdrawals are normally processed within 24 hours. FAST transfers take 1–3 business days, and card withdrawals take 1–5 business days. These times start when the request is approved and not when it is submitted, and they depend on bank processing windows, weekends and public holidays in Singapore. A request submitted late on a Friday, or just before a public holiday, will usually not move until the next business day, and a first withdrawal can take longer because verification has to be completed before any money leaves the account.

4. Fees and costs

We do not charge a fee for withdrawals by any of the methods above. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own fees, and a currency conversion cost can apply if the destination account is not in Singapore dollars. Any such cost is shown before you confirm the request where we know about it.

5. Limits

The minimum withdrawal is S$70. Daily limits depend on your plan: S$13,500 for Basic, S$67,500 for Advanced and S$135,000 for Premium. Larger sums can be paid over more than one day. Limits can be lowered for a time as a security precaution, for example after a password reset or a change of contact details, and we explain that to you when it applies.

A typical timeline for a PayNow request submitted on a weekday morning: you submit the request, it is checked automatically within the hour, an analyst reviews it if it is flagged, and the payment is released the same day. The bank then shows the credit within minutes.

6. KYC and AML checks

The first withdrawal requires a completed identity verification, and later requests may be reviewed under our KYC and AML policy. We may ask you to confirm the destination account or to explain the source of funds before a payment is released.

7. Reasons for delay or refusal

A request can be delayed or declined if your details or documents do not match, if the destination is not in your name, if the payment provider rejects the transfer, if our systems detect unusual activity, if there is a technical interruption or if the law requires us to hold funds. We tell you the reason whenever we are allowed to.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving correct bank or card details, for keeping them up to date and for checking them before you confirm. Payments sent to details you entered incorrectly may be impossible to recover, and we are not responsible for that loss.

9. Cancelling or changing a request

You can cancel a request from your dashboard or through your manager while its status is "pending". Once the payment has been released to the provider it can no longer be cancelled. To change the amount, cancel the request and submit a new one.

10. Support

For any question about a withdrawal, write to [email protected] or ask your personal manager. We usually reply within one business hour during the support hours on the contact page.

11. Policy updates

We may change this policy to reflect new payment methods, rules or security measures. The updated version applies to requests made after it is published, and a request already in progress is handled under the rules in force when it was submitted.
